Short and framed but not confined thanks to that little light leak.

I like the unusual composition of the image; the light leak is the centerpiece with the city and person becoming spectators, only occupy a small percentage of the overall photo. Strange that something so miniscule, something that could be considered so insignificant is front and center with the big city and its inhabitants almost being an afterthought. I suppose it is also the world that the light leak sees, the world it has come from, has known and is growing from but I also suppose that, that could be too much and too deep for an image that is simply a photograph with a slightly strange center subject. Art is a funny thing and ultimately left to the beholder, I just want to make sure I keep you, and all, interested for long enough, just long enough so no one finds out the fraud I am, hahahahah… Note to self: Somethings are not meant for dictation.

All this photo needed was a simple edit in post production. A few tweaks to increase the contrast, deepen the blacks, lighten the whites, find a moody balance that is just so enticing, that kind of thing. Once I had it was job done, back out onto the streets.

All thoughts and comments are welcome.
